Key responsibilitie:
-Greet and direct customers
-Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
-Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services -Cross-sell products
-Inform customers about discounts and special offers
-Stay up to date with new products/services
Requirements:
1- Strong communication skills along with active listening.
2- Bachelor's degree.
3- Experience from 1 to 3 years preferably in mobile industry.
4- Has good knowledge for Apple products
5- Good speaking manners.
6- Presentable.
