· Internal: Medical staff and operations team

· External: Facility service providers

· Conduct regular inspections of building foundations, walls, roofs, flooring, ceilings, and other structural elements to identify damage, wear, or potential safety hazards.

· Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on civil and structural components, including walls, tiles, doors, windows, and fixtures.

· Monitor and maintain plumbing systems (e.g., sinks, drains, water supply lines) to prevent leaks and ensure proper operation.

· Address urgent structural issues such as leaks, cracks, or other defects promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

· Repair or replace damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, and fixtures in donor areas, offices, and storage spaces to maintain facility standards.

· Carry out painting works on ceilings, walls, and other surfaces as part of regular upkeep and refurbishment.

· Inspect and maintain exterior areas such as parking lots, walkways, ramps, and railings to ensure safety, functionality, and accessibility.

· Support minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, switches, and sockets) as required to maintain facility functionality.

· Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized civil works and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

· Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed on facility infrastructure.

· Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards during all maintenance and repair activities.

• High school graduate/Diploma or equivalent qualification

· Over 7 years of experience in civil maintenance, construction, and facility repair works.

· Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance tasks.

· Skilled in the use of hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws).

· Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

· Effective communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating maintenance activities.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.

· Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in building maintenance and repairs.

· Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Willingness to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours when required.

· Basic computer skills for completing reports and using maintenance management systems.
