- 负责在Jumia、Noon、Amazon Egypt、Amazon KSA 等平台上进行商品上架、信息更新、价格调整和库存维护
- 优化产品标题、描述和关键词，提升搜索曝光率和转化率
- 跟进订单处理流程，与仓库或客服团队协调发货、退换货等问题
- 参与平台促销活动的策划和执行，如打折、秒杀、捆绑销售等，以实现订单增长
- 监控运营数据、定期汇总销售报表，分析平台表现
- 处理平台卖家咨询与差评反馈，提升店铺评分和客户满意度
- Manage product listings, information updates, price adjustments, and inventory maintenance on platforms such as Jumia, Noon, Amazon Egypt, and Amazon KSA.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Follow up on order processing, coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams for shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns (e.g., discounts, flash sales, bundle offers) to drive sales growth.
- Monitor operational data, prepare and analyze regular sales reports to assess platform performance.
- Handle buyer inquiries and negative feedback on the platforms to improve store ratings and customer satisfaction.
任职要求： 熟悉 Jumia、Noon 或 Amazon 埃及/沙特平台的运营规则，有相关工作经验者优先； 有良好的阿拉伯语书写能力，具备基本的英语读写沟通能力； 会使用 Excel 或 Google 表格进行批量操作、数据整理与报表制作； 做事细致、有条理，能独立推进工作任务，有结果导向意识； 熟悉家电、生活用品、服装、3C电子等类目的运营经验优先。Requirements:Familiarity with the operating rules of Jumia, Noon, or Amazon Egypt/Saudi Arabia; relevant work experience is preferred.Good written Arabic skills and basic English reading/writing and communication abilities.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for bulk operations, data management, and report creation.Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently, and results-driven.Experience in operating categories such as home appliances, household goods, apparel, or consumer electronics (3C products) is a plus.
