Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, ceilings, etc.).
Monitor project execution schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Review shop drawings and verify alignment with approved designs.
Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the engineering management.
Ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues on-site.
Enforce safety and occupational health standards across the site.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.3 to 7 years of proven experience in site execution and finishing for large-scale projects.Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD – Revit – MS Project).Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities
