- Supervise and execute all finishing activities on site including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and other architectural works.
- Coordinate daily site operations with subcontractors, workers, and other site engineers.
- Review shop drawings, specifications, and ensure implementation as per approved standards.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution of tasks in line with the project schedule.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing material requests, inspections, and site documentation.
- Solve technical issues related to finishing activities on site.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the site at all times.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.5–15 years of hands-on experience in site execution and finishing works.Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and finishing techniques.Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Team player with strong communication skills.Familiarity with site management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Good in English
