- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new stores teams and give them full information about our company and our product sales.
- Responsible for technical training for new different items.
- Assign mentors and coaches to new stores team members.
- Launch promotions calendar & new product training aligned with Area managers.
- Ensure that all staff are well trained and aware of all products & suggestive selling.
- Create motivational competitions for staff & Responsible for the whole cycle (design/implementation/coordination etc.).
- Observe how sales people and cashiers interact with clients to identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct training visits on sites & ensure that training process are followed properly through visit.
- Identify training needs analysis based on Visits & operations manager feedback, mastery shopper reports.
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams.
- Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.
- Develop Brands menus according to new introduced products.
- Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or related field (preferred).Strong F&B operations & dining service expertise.5-7 years in F&B background in operations, restaurant and café.2-3 years in training or learning & development roles.Strong F&B operations & dining service expertise.Proven experience creating SOPs & in-store training.Skilled in training needs assessments.Excellent communication & coaching skills.Experience in reciprocal education (plus).
