We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the full operations cycle, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, timely order fulfillment, and efficient supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage an effective order management system, from order creation to shipping.
Coordinate with manufacturing and stock departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Work closely with the shipping department and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock never falls below minimum requirements.
Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure utilities and resources are fully functional.
Ensure ERP and CRM systems are running smoothly and supporting operations effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead, support, and motivate the operations team to achieve targets.
RequirementsProven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (manufacturing or retail background preferred).Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).Skills & CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and attention to detail.Strong time management and decision-making skills.Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.Proficiency in MS Office and operations-related software.
