  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and legal requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leasing agreements to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive property proposals and market analyses.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay updated on local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market developments.
  • Utilize digital platforms and CRM systems to manage client relationships and property listings.
  • Represent Sigma at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consultancy.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong understanding of property market dynamics and investment principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Willingness to travel locally for property viewings and client meetings.
