ProCar is a premium automotive service company specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), nano-ceramic coatings, and car protection solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow by converting leads into loyal customers.
As a Sales Specialist, you will:
- Handle and follow up on incoming leads from social media ads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Contact potential customers, understand their needs, and present ProCar’s services professionally.
- Explain product features, service packages, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion from digital campaigns.
1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, luxury services, or real estate.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Confident phone presence and ability to handle client objections.Good knowledge of social media platforms and dealing with online leads.Customer-focused, with a passion for cars or premium services.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Fluent in Arabic (required) and basic English (preferred).Based in Cairo (preferably near New Cairo).
