- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-9 years of relevant experience in HR administration or office management.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with HR software and databases.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
