- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues across all company locations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Ensure data backup procedures are executed regularly and disaster recovery plans are up to date.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in IT support or systems administration roles.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as common office productivity software.Experience with network administration, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Familiarity with server management, virtualization, and cloud-based solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.
