We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the design process, develop innovative concepts, and produce high-quality visuals that align with our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior team members.
Job Responsibilities:
1-Design and deliver creative content for digital, print, and branding projects.
2-Lead the development of visual concepts and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
3-Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to meet project goals.
4-Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Experience with branding, packaging, and both digital and print media.Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.Creative Skills:Strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual composition.Ability to develop original, impactful designs and solve creative challenges.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and open to constructive feedback.
