- Assess incoming resumes (receive applicants mails and screen CVs to select the suitable candidates).
- Maintain the candidates’ database (Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases and Active use of recruitment tools).
- scheduling and conducting phone& face to face interviews
- Handle the orientation of new employees and answer their questions & inquiries.
- Ensure that the recruitment & Selection services meet the organization’s strategic within its SLA & required quality.
- Follow up the hiring documents with accepted applicants.
- Updates statistical data to assist in recruitment reporting (accepted numbers, accepted ratios, shortage ratios, etc.)
Bachelor`s Degree.1-2 years of experience in the same position (mass hiring).Working well under pressureExcellent Leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal English language.Good interpersonal & communication &presentation skills.Very good ability to multi-task and prioritize.
