Customer Service Representative - We Rent
About the Role:
* Primary point of contact for clients in Events, Exhibitions, and Media productions
* Manage furniture rental orders from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up
* Support event planners, exhibition coordinators, and production designers with tailored furniture solutions
Key Responsibilities:
* Process rental orders and maintain accurate records in rental management system
* Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with clients and logistics teams
* Provide detailed quotes and rental terms to prospective clients
* Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
* Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
* Liaise between clients and warehouse teams to ensure timely furniture delivery
* Track inventory availability and suggest alternatives when needed
* Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
* Maintain client database and rental history records
* Support sales team with lead qualification and order processing
