  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the clothing and cotton sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company’s client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account planning.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

4-7 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
