Job Objective:
To carry out the processes of attracting, selecting, and hiring the required workforce and talents for the chain of stores and the factory efficiently, ensuring that human resources needs are met on time, with a focus on hiring qualified personnel in the food and beverage sector, and implementing large-scale recruitment campaigns when needed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify recruitment needs in coordination with department, branch, and factory managers.
Prepare and announce job vacancies through various channels (job platforms, social media, job fairs, etc.).
Screen applications and CVs, and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with relevant departments.
Manage and organize mass recruitment campaigns, especially for labor and operational roles.
Build a database of qualified candidates to ensure quick response to future needs.
Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and specialized training centers.
Follow up on hiring procedures and ensure completion of documents and contracts.
Contribute to developing talent attraction and retention plans and programs.
Adhere to the company’s HR policies and internal recruitment procedures.
Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent).Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in the food and beverage sector or food industries.Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.Good knowledge of modern recruitment methods and candidate search tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within set deadlines.
