Content Team Leader

  •  Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies (organic & paid).  
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of writers, designers, and content creators with transparent KPIs. 
  •  Plan and manage all content shoots – from storyboarding to on-set direction – ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.  
  •  Produce thumb-stopping, platform-native short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) using only a smartphone when required.  
  •  Drive PR campaigns end-to-end: strategy, media lists, press releases, launch events, and coverage tracking.  
  •  Own and optimize the quarterly content & PR budget; forecast spend, track ROI, and re-allocate in real time.  
  •  Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint while delivering measurable engagement.
  •  Align content tightly with marketing funnels and surface actionable insights from performance data.  
  •  Represent Lazaro in all PR and influence collaborations.

 5–7 years in content marketing, including 3+ years leading a content team.   Proven success in luxury, lifestyle, or wellness brands.   Demonstrated experience in shoot management – concept to final asset.   Portfolio that includes engaging, phone-shot Reels/TikToks with strong performance metrics.   Track record of running PR campaigns that secured measurable media coverage.   Prior responsibility for planning and managing a marketing or content budget.   Mastery of Meta Suite, plus project-management tools (Asana, Trello, or Notion).   Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic direction and creative execution.   Fluency in Arabic and English.
