- Job Purpose:
- To develop, manage, and grow after-sales business with fleet and corporate customers by promoting service packages, spare parts programs, maintenance contracts, and value-added after-sales solutions. The role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability from fleet accounts while maintaining compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and target potential fleet and corporate customers for after-sales services.
- Promote and sell preventive maintenance contracts, service packages, parts supply programs, and repair services.
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms in line with company policy.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals for fleet customers.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites to assess fleet condition and service needs.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fleet accounts.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with fleet managers, procurement departments, and decision-makers.
- Ensure timely communication regarding service schedules, technical updates, and promotional offers. Resolve complaints and service issues promptly to retain customer loyalty.
- Sales Operations Management
- Coordinate with service centers, parts department, and warranty teams to ensure timely service delivery for fleet customers.
- Monitor service booking schedules and capacity planning for fleet jobs.
- Oversee the delivery and follow-up of all contracted services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/DMS system for all fleet activities.
- Financial Performance• Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets from fleet after-sales services.
- Monitor profitability of fleet contracts, ensuring discount structures and service costs remain within approved limits.
- Control outstanding receivables from fleet accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, manufacturer standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service quality, parts handling, and warranty claims.
- Ensure documentation of contracts, invoices, and service records meets audit standards.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years in automotive after-sales, fleet service, or B2B sales, preferably in an automotive dealership or service environment.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance cycles, spare parts, service processes, and warranty policies.Languages: Very good in English.Skills:Negotiation and contract management.CRM/DMS system proficiency.Financial analysis and cost control.Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Report writing and presentation skills.
