Administrative Manager

Fleet & Logistics Management:
- Oversee company cars, including fuel tracking, maintenance schedules, and driver coordination. 
 - Ensure all driving licenses and vehicle documentation are up to date. 
 - Maintain a professional filing system for each car, including expense reports, maintenance logs, and accident records. 
Office & Hospitality Management: 
 - Supervise office boys, including distribution, training, and performance monitoring to ensure high hospitality standards. 
 - Manage office supplies, buffet needs, and vendor relations. 
Cost Control & Vendor Management:
- Monitor and control administrative expenses. 
 - Conduct vendor/supplier comparisons and cost analysis to optimize spending. 
- Process Improvement:
- Implement efficient administrative systems and propose solutions for operational enhancements. 


- +10 years of experience in administration, logistics, or office management. - Committed, reliable with high ethical standards personality.- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track expenses and negotiate with vendors. - Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and action-driven. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
