Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role within WellGrow Academy, where you will be at the forefront of connecting individuals and organizations with transformative learning opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential learners and corporate clients, explaining our training programs and certifications, and driving enrollments to meet sales targets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, providing accurate program information, and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. This role plays a key part in helping us expand our reach and deliver our mission of changing lives through education.

 


QualificationsStrong communication and selling skills, with the ability to inspire and persuadeExperience in lead generation, telesales, or consultative selling (preferably in education, training, or L&D services)Ability to explain and promote WellGrow Academy’s programs in a clear and compelling wayProficiency in maintaining CRM records and following up with leads effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independentlyPrevious experience in telesales, customer service, or education sales is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferredIdeal Candidate:You are a confident communicator with a natural talent for connecting with people and inspiring them to take action. You have a proven track record in telesales or customer service, ideally within the education, training, or L&D sector, and you thrive in a target-driven environment. You listen actively, understand client needs, and can clearly explain how WellGrow Academy’s programs can transform careers and lives. You’re self-motivated, organized, and resilient, with the ability to handle challenges while maintaining a positive attitude. Most importantly, you are passionate about learning, growth, and making a real difference for individuals and organizations.
