Project Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

Aquatop is seeking a driven and experienced Project Sales Account Manager to lead and grow our project-based sales initiatives. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers to secure product specifications and manage projects from inception to completion. You will be a key player in expanding Aquatop’s presence in large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities in the construction and interior design sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants to get Aquatop’s product ranges specified into ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Manage the full project sales cycle – from initial consultation and quotations to product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, showroom, and technical support) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of products to project sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to monitor progress and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare customized presentations, technical submittals, and competitive project proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments within the bathroom and construction sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on sales pipeline, targets, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in project-based sales, ideally in the bathroom, tiles, or building materials industry.Strong network of contacts in the construction and design sectors is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong technical understanding of bathroom product specifications and layouts.Ability to read architectural drawings and technical plans.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Willingness to travel for client and site meetings as required.
