- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ALJAR Development’s projects and brand identity.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and project management to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the company’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Support the marketing team in achieving departmental goals and mentor junior staff as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3 to 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work on-site and attend events as required.
