- Coordinate between the sales department and other departments (such as production, warehouse, shipping, and finance).
- Follow up on sales orders and update them on the system.
- Prepare and process all sales-related documents (invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts).
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and provide updates on order status.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate the company’s participation in medical exhibitions, including handling registrations and logistical arrangements.
- Prepare product samples for exhibitions and customer presentations when needed.
- Provide both administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical supplies or manufacturing sector.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (if applicable).Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.High attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
