- Preparing the estimated and final bids for the project.
- Reviewing provided BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Project.
- Make accurate study for technical specifications and ensure its compatibility with customer needs to submit suitable technical & commercial quotations.
- Develop any alternative technical solutions to satisfy customer needs.
- Responsible for making any requested technical or financial amendments on the submitted quotations.
- Receiving and analyze quotations from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Prepare commercial evaluation for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors Vendors and suppliers.
- Responding to Post-Tender Clarification from clients.
- Attend clients’ meetings either pre-tender meeting or final meetings, when needed to
be aware of the updates - Follow up with client & developer during bid evaluation stage.
- Maintaining communications with current clients and establishing communications
with new potential Clients. - Preparing comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and selecting the category that will be provided in the tender.
