Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience in monitoring departments' performance2-4 years of proven experience as a Performance Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying insights to diverse audiences.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
