Secretary

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory levels.

1-2 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
