- Experience working as an application support engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent/relevant work experience
- Proficiency in ERP Application Support, API, and Power Apps
- Advanced level in Database Management
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Operations, Production, and PM)
- 1-4 years of experience in application support engineering
- Must be located in commutable distance to Cairo, Egypt
