- Prepare detailed landscape design drawings, technical documents, and shop drawings in accordance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Review and interpret project contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including material submittals, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project close-out documentation.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
- Participate in value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3 to 6 years of experience in landscape engineering or a similar technical office role.Proven experience in preparing technical drawings and documentation for landscape projects.Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and best practices.Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to interpret and apply project specifications, drawings, and contracts.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.
