- Exposure & Approaching for new clients & contracts .
- Follow up on contract renewal with clients.
- Approaching to extend a new services with existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business prospects.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Represent EFS Facilities Services at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the business development process.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, within facilities management or a similar industry.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed services targets in a competitive market environment.Strong understanding of integrated facilities management services and industry best practices.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
