Responsibilities

• Drive product visibility by continuously optimizing listings, categories, and onsite search to improve discoverability and customer engagement.
• Lead the execution of onsite promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to support commercial goals and boost conversion.
• Enhance the overall shopping journey by refining site layout, banners, and navigation to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rates and bounce rates, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Plan and run A/B tests on product placements, CTAs, and page layouts to identify and apply data-driven enhancements.
• Stay ahead of the competition by regularly benchmarking against industry players and identifying emerging e-commerce trends.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure all onsite merchandising initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain alignment between product availability and online listings by coordinating with supply chain and inventory teams.
• Leverage customer data and behavior insights to continuously refine merchandising strategies and elevate the onsite experience.
