- Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) team, ensuring the effective delegation of tasks and smooth departmental operations while complying with company policies.
- Foster communication and collaboration with the team and other departments to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), QAITI, and all quality documentation in line with industry standards.
- Oversee quality control processes, including inspections, testing, archiving documents, and ensuring the completeness of test certificates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing, implementing, and reviewing procedures, work instructions, and process flows to enhance departmental performance.
- Identify opportunities for system, process, and practice improvements to achieve high-quality, cost-effective results.
- Generate and review performance reports, submit KPIs to management, and participate in production meetings as the QC representative.
- Communicate quality issues and improvements with all surface equipment employees and participate in technical meetings to address issues.
- Support and champion APC's HSE plan and initiatives, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and promoting a safe workplace.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings for QC staff and report incidents immediately. Assist QA in audits as required.
