Client Relationship & Business Development
Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with bakeries—from small local shops to larger industrial clients—understanding their needs and positioning margarine and ghee as optimal solutions. 

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets. This includes upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with existing clients, while identifying and tapping into new bakery segments. 

Technical Product Support
Offer technical guidance on product usage, recipe formulation, and best practices tailored for bakery operations—leveraging knowledge of food ingredients.

Order Management & Coordination
Manage the full sales cycle: from quotations and negotiating terms to delivery coordination and logistical follow-through to ensure timely product fulfillment.

Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights for management to support strategic decisions.

Troubleshooting & After-Sales Support
Act as the point of escalation for client inquiries, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and brand loyalty


• Extensive hands-on experience in sales and marketing of margarine and shortening products.• Well-established network of direct relationships with key purchasing managers in:  – Industrial bakery production plants (including biscuit and cake manufacturers)  – Fresh meal manufacturing facilities  – Large bakeries and national bakery chains• Possesses a private vehicle, enabling efficient client visits and market coverage.• Demonstrated strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
