Also cooperate with all company departments to set Strategic planning approach for all actions and projects needed to achieve the company targets to be reliable and expandable one, which will reflect on the company broadband leadership as well as customer experience.

Handle RAN & data strategies plans, set the way forward steps and year pillars.Cooperate with all departments to set actions and projects needed to achieve the targets.Study all the vendors’ offers that may have CAPEX or OPEX reduction opportunities and migrate it in the strategic planning approach when needed.Plan 3G/2G network & introduce the optimum (design & Modeling) for new sites.Develop 3G/2G Master plan with analysis to improve the congestion & throughput for Etisalat network to ensure the customer experience & competitive with other operator.Responsible for modernization projects between different vendors, and prepare analysis, case study, benefits & draw back for any projectsResponsible for equipment control & new solutions to utilize the different phases to save CAPEX & OPEX (Huawei – Ericsson – ZTE).SPOC in new RFPs, RFEs and RFQs to assess the Vendor equipment in terms of reliabilityHandle all swap scenarios & single RAN projects.Handle the VIP customer & commercial request.Handle all the new process, plans & actions related to new and EXP sites.Provide cost effective telecom solution per site.Responsible for BOQs request & cooperation with different vendors to close all open issue that may affect the company targetMaintain and excel with the team performance in the times of pressure and heavy workloads
