Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy and Market Analysis:
Develop and execute a comprehensive export strategy to expand our company's presence into new markets. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in target countries.
* Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and identify potential buyers, distributors, and business partners abroad. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and pitch to contract negotiation and closing.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients through regular communication, exceptional service, and follow-up.
* Sales and Negotiation: Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions to secure favorable export agreements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our production, logistics, and legal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient export process from order placement to final delivery.
* International Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
* Reporting and Performance Analysis: Provide regular, detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and key challenges to management.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in export business development, international sales, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful deals.
* Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures, particularly for exports from Egypt.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in international trade are a significant plus.
* Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for communication with international clients and internal teams. Proficiency in a third language (e.g., French, German, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
