- Prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are accurately implemented.
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans to support project execution and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation, including RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).2-3 years of proven experience in a technical office engineering role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.Strong knowledge of technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and drafting software.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
