We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer to lead and support the establishment and growth of NATco LLC in Egypt. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, capable of navigating the local business landscape, building partnerships, and identifying commercial opportunities aligned with our global standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the legal, administrative, and operational aspects of launching the Egyptian branch.
- Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with apparel manufacturers, local suppliers, logistic partners, and service providers.
- Introduce NATco’s product and service offerings to potential clients. Maintain and grow customer accounts, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Egypt office and global HQ, ensuring alignment on operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Represent the NATco brand in Egypt with professionalism, integrity, and strong industry knowledge.
- Deliver regular market intelligence reports, track business performance metrics, and contribute to long-term expansion strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the apparel, branding, or manufacturing sector.Strong network within the Egyptian textile and garment industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.Proven track record of launching or growing a business or business unit.Familiarity with import/export, customs, and Egyptian corporate law is an advantage.Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup-like setting within a global structure.
