  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients, focusing on paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to design compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track user behavior and campaign outcomes.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and brand guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.Expertise in managing paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and display campaigns.Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and optimize campaigns based on insights.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Facebook Ads Manager.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
