Sales Account Manager

- Manage and grow client accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Promote a wide range of IT products and solutions, with a focus on audio video solutions and call center headsets 

- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with presales engineers to develop and present solutions and Issue price quotes,

- Understand and navigate the sales cycle, tenders, and bid offers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate leads and maintain communication with clients


- Proven expertise in IT field and systems integration- In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions, including UC solutions  and Headsets - Strong customer satisfaction, account management, and customer service skills- Lead generation and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships- Proven track record in sales and account management- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of systems integration .- Experience working with presales engineers and familiarity with issuing price quotes.-Knowledge of the sales cycle, tenders, and bid offers- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer science or a related field
