- Identify and generate leads for potential construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial) requiring finishing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, real estate developers, and interior design firms.
- Follow up on project pipelines through market research and field visits.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in coordination with management.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Maintain a database of clients and project records on CRM tools or internal systems.
- Attend exhibitions, industry events, and networking sessions to represent the company.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to management.
Experience: 1–3 years in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or finishing materials industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Knowledge of: Construction finishing works and materials (paint, cladding, flooring, ceilings, etc.).Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsClient-focused attitude and relationship-building abilitiesStrong market research and lead generation skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM toolsGood presentation and reporting skillsLanguages: Fluent in Arabic and English
