"Senior Architect Job "

Responsibilities

• Developing drawings, specifications, and Construction documents up to international standards.

• Lead the coordination with different disciplines

• Establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally following up and managing the Client's expectations and needs

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Architecture Engineering

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the detailed design and construction documents.

• Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations;

• Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

• Visualization skills are a plus

• Mixed-use experience is advantageous;

• Familiar with international standards and building codes (NFPA, IBC, ADA,…., etc.)

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Excellent Time Management Skills.

• Excellent Organizational Skills.

Work location: Sheikh Zayed City
