Assistant Project Manager

  • Organize and document meetings, including preparing agendas and writing Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
  • Track project progress and update schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Gantt Charts.
  • Follow up with teams and stakeholders to ensure task completion according to timelines.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly).
  • Maintain and update project risk and issue logs.
  • Assist in reviewing contracts, financial reports, and payments.
  • Ensure quality control using standardised checklists.
  • Document and track change requests using approved templates.
  • Support in preparing and documenting user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • Coordinate with the client and technical teams to implement the project plan.

Prior experience as a Project Assistant (preferably in ERP or similar domains).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Odoo, MS Project).Strong organizational and documentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.Team player with time management and multitasking capabilities.
