The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive working environment. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting management and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and restocking.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and vendors.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR files (if applicable).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed for management.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, invoicing, and expense reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.Strong organizational and planning skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred.Work Conditions:Full-time positionOffice-based environmentMay require occasional overtime or weekend work
