Executive Secretary& personal assistant

• Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and accurately follow up on their implementation.
• Coordinate internal ground correspondence (mail, calls, letters).
• Prepare reports and small presentations.
• Receive visitors and organize exhibitions.
• Organize files and endeavor to locate documents in an organized manner for easy access.
• Follow up on the implementation of tasks and executive assignments from the manager.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding department-specific risks.
• Assist in coordinating internal events and meetings.


A suitable university degree (preferably business administration or executive secretarial).At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good to excellent English language skills (spoken and written).Practice, good appearance, and the ability to deal with various levels of customers and employees.Quick wit and the ability to work under pressure.
