1- Executive Schedule Management:
- Organize the Chairman’s appointments and meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including site visits.
2- Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal departments to ensure effective information flow and timely decision-making.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication with discretion and professionalism.
3- Document & Report Preparation:
- Prepare presentations, meeting briefs, executive summaries, and official reports.
- Assist in compiling board meeting documents and monthly/annual performance reports.
4- Follow-up & Project Monitoring:
- Track implementation of Chairman’s directives and decisions with relevant departments.
- Maintain organized, secure, and easily retrievable records of sensitive executive documents.
5- Chairman’s Office Administration:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Chairman’s office, ensuring a professional and organized work environment.
- Monitor office supplies, facilities, and logistical needs specific to the Chairman’s work.
- Ensure proper filing systems, confidentiality protocols, and workflow efficiency within the office.
- Develop and improve office procedures related to document control, meetings, and external visits
6- Special Assignments:
- Conduct analytical or research-based tasks as assigned
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.Skills:Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong report-writing and presentation development skills.
