Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare necessary documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks and documentation.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
  • Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media.

1–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.Experience managing business social media accounts.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
