• Responsibilities
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues
• Assist in the Maintenance and Setup of Personal Computer ,Laptops ,workstations
• Assist in Maintenance and Setup Printers , Scanne
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the installation and configuration of software applications
• Learn and apply new IT technologies and best practices
• Follow established IT procedures and protocols for 
• Assist more senior IT personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A strong desire to build a career in IT.
• Basic understanding of operating systems like windows.

Preferred Skills (but not required)

Experience with help desk software.

Knowledge of network protocols (CCNA , MCSA)
