- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and manage order dispatches.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements using internal systems.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the fulfillment process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Generate regular reports on fulfillment metrics, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance fulfillment efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a related operational role.Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in an industrial setting.Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
