Pre-Sales Coordinator

  • Coordinate Pre-Sales Activities: Assist the pre-sales team in preparing for client engagements by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling logistics.
  • Proposal Support: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with customer needs and showcase our ManageEngine solutions.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs that can inform sales strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Generate reports to support sales planning and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in initial customer inquiries and support the pre-sales team during client meetings, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Training Support: Help organize training sessions for sales staff to ensure a deep understanding of our ManageEngine solutionssolutions and capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.Previous experience in a sales or pre-sales support role in the IT industry, preferably within ManageEngine Salations.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
