  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content tailored to each social media channel, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and manage reputation by monitoring and addressing potential issues on social platforms.
  • Organize and promote online events, contests, and campaigns to drive audience participation and brand loyalty.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
