Technical Training Lead

Allianz - Egypt - Cairo
  • Supporting the Head of Technical Training and Development in planning, managing and coordinating training.                                                                 
  • Design and develop training materials and programs that meet organizational needs. Conduct training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, workshops).                                                   
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that the training programs remain relevant and effective.           
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training programs align with the overall business goals and objectives and developing effective training programs to meet those needs.          
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to training and development.                                   
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, including our regional offices and training centers.                    
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.                 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
